Terms of Service

Last updated: June 24, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Antclips, a local creator marketplace operated by CREODOT. By creating an account, using the app or website, sending messages, making proposals, accepting projects, using payments, or subscribing to a business plan, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not use Antclips. If you use Antclips for a company or business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

2. Antclips service

Antclips helps local businesses and local creators discover each other, message, agree on collaborations, manage proposals and projects, exchange deliverables, rate completed projects, and handle payments or subscriptions where available.

  • Creators can create a profile, add portfolio content, set collaboration preferences, discover nearby businesses, message businesses, accept proposals, deliver content, and receive ratings.
  • Businesses can create a business profile, discover creators, message creators, send proposals, manage projects, use paid features or subscriptions, and rate completed projects.
  • Antclips is a marketplace and software platform. CREODOT is not a party to every creator-business collaboration unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Antclips uses email-based authentication and may send one-time codes. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country if higher, to use Antclips for commercial collaborations.

  • Do not impersonate another person or business.
  • Do not create accounts for businesses you are not authorized to represent.
  • Notify us if you believe your account was accessed without authorization.
  • We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or harm the marketplace.

4. Marketplace relationship

Creators and businesses are independent from CREODOT and from each other. Antclips does not employ creators and does not guarantee that a creator or business will complete a collaboration, generate sales, receive engagement, or produce a specific business result.

  • Users are responsible for their own legal, tax, social, employment, accounting, and business obligations.
  • Users are responsible for complying with advertising, disclosure, influencer marketing, consumer-protection, platform, and intellectual-property rules that apply to their collaboration.
  • Antclips may help structure proposals, payments, and delivery, but each user remains responsible for what they agree to and publish.

5. Creator obligations

As a creator, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate profile, portfolio, location, collaboration, and payment information.
  • Deliver the content, posting, usage rights, timing, and other terms accepted in a proposal.
  • Only upload or deliver content you have the right to use and license.
  • Clearly follow applicable advertising disclosure rules when posting sponsored or compensated content.
  • Keep communication professional and avoid misleading businesses about audience, performance, identity, or rights.

6. Business obligations

As a business, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business, location, billing, and proposal information.
  • Pay accepted proposal amounts, payment processing fees, subscription fees, and applicable taxes when due.
  • Use creator content only within the usage rights accepted in the proposal.
  • Do not run creator content as paid ads unless the accepted proposal includes paid ad rights for the relevant duration.
  • Keep communication professional and avoid asking creators to violate law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

7. Proposals and projects

A proposal becomes a project when it is accepted through Antclips. The accepted proposal is the main record of the collaboration between the creator and the business.

  • Proposals may describe deliverables, compensation, usage rights, ad-rights duration, delivery timing, and other collaboration details.
  • Creator post only means the creator posts on their own account and tags or mentions the business as agreed. The business may normally reshare the tagged post in a social-platform-native way, but cannot use the delivered file as its own ad creative unless paid ad rights are included.
  • Paid ad rights allow the business to use the delivered content for paid advertising or other agreed paid media during the accepted duration.
  • If the proposal does not grant a right, the business does not receive that right by default.

8. Intellectual property and content

Creators keep ownership of their content unless an accepted proposal or separate written agreement says otherwise. Businesses receive only the usage rights accepted in the proposal. You also grant CREODOT the limited rights needed to host, display, transmit, store, process, moderate, and support content inside Antclips.

  • Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Do not remove credits, misrepresent authorship, or reuse content outside the accepted scope.
  • Portfolio content you make public may be displayed in Antclips to promote your creator or business profile.
  • CREODOT may use public marketplace content, screenshots, or anonymized examples to explain or promote Antclips, unless you ask us not to and we can reasonably comply.

9. Payments, fees, and Stripe

Antclips may use Stripe to process business payments, subscriptions, proposal payments, creator payouts, refunds, disputes, and related billing records.

  • Businesses authorize Antclips and Stripe to charge the payment methods used for subscriptions, proposal payments, payment processing fees, taxes, refunds, disputes, or other amounts due.
  • Creators may need to complete Stripe Connect onboarding and satisfy Stripe requirements before receiving payouts.
  • Stripe's own terms, privacy policy, and connected account requirements may apply directly to users.
  • Fees, taxes, subscription amounts, payment processing fees, and payout timing may be shown in the app or billing flow.
  • Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes may affect project status, payouts, account standing, or access to Antclips.

10. Business subscriptions

Businesses may subscribe to Antclips Pro, an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks full creator discovery, inbound applications, direct messaging, proposals, and payment tools. The subscription terms are:

  • Title: Antclips Pro.
  • Price: Antclips Pro costs €49.00 per month. Prices may vary by region and are always shown before you confirm a purchase.
  • First payment: there is no free trial. The first subscription payment is due when you confirm the purchase.
  • Duration: Antclips Pro renews every month until canceled.
  • Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless renewal is turned off before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal at the time shown by the checkout or billing provider.
  • Payment: payment is charged to the payment method or store account shown at checkout.
  • Manage or cancel: you can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal, checkout provider, or store account settings shown in your account. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period.
  • Refunds: canceling does not automatically refund past or unused periods, subject to mandatory law and the applicable app store's refund policy.

11. Ratings and reviews

Ratings and reviews should reflect real completed projects. We may remove, hide, or moderate reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, retaliatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful to marketplace trust.

12. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Antclips to:

  • Commit fraud, evade payments, abuse refunds, manipulate ratings, or misrepresent identity, audience, location, business status, or project terms.
  • Harass, threaten, discriminate, exploit, spam, scrape, or contact users outside the purpose of Antclips.
  • Upload illegal, unsafe, infringing, deceptive, explicit, hateful, or harmful content.
  • Reverse engineer, overload, automate abuse of, or interfere with Antclips systems.
  • Bypass Antclips payment flows or safety processes after discovering a counterparty through Antclips.

13. Disclaimers and liability

Antclips is provided as a marketplace and software service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CREODOT does not guarantee user conduct, creator performance, business results, social-media engagement, customer traffic, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. CREODOT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages to the extent permitted by law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Antclips if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates legal or payment risk, harms users, undermines marketplace trust, or is required by law, platform rules, payment partners, or security needs. You may request account deletion as described on the Account Deletion page.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Antclips evolves, including when we add payments, Stripe Connect payouts, business subscriptions, new usage-right options, or new legal requirements. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, website, or email.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, without limiting any mandatory consumer or user protections that may apply in your country. Disputes will be handled by the competent French courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
