• •Grant Antclips a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use portfolio videos and content you upload for promotional purposes, including but not limited to: displaying on our website, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials. This helps increase your visibility and attract more clients to your profile

5. Terms for Businesses

As a business using our platform, you agree to:

• •Use content only within the scope of licensed rights

6. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

Content created through our platform is subject to the following terms:

• •Full content rights transfers require explicit written agreement

7. Payments & Fees

Payment terms are as follows:

• •Creators are paid within 7 days of content approval
• •Antclips charges a service fee as disclosed during booking
• •All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes
• •Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antclips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
